Dear Potential Vendor,

Oldham County Day will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025. This year will feature some new and exciting changes and we would love for you to be a part of it. If you are a new vendor, we welcome you to this annual event and if you are a returning vendor, we thank you for your continued support.

Oldham County Day remains a one-day, FULL day event that has over 10,000 people in attendance throughout the day. We ask that you be set up and ready to welcome by 9:00 am. Many people walk the courthouse square area while it is still cool, BEFORE the parade. The festivities go on all day, and we ask that you refrain from breaking down your booth before 4:00 PM. 

Project Guild is proud to have provided our citizens, friends, and neighbors with Oldham County Day for over 50 years. It is a day of fond memories surrounded by an abundance of community spirit. The third Saturday in July is a distinctive time for our county, and the Guild is exceedingly grateful to have faithful vendors who look forward to this exciting day as much as we do! 

We hope that 2025 will find that you want to participate in this fun-filled day. This is one of the many traditions that make Oldham County a very special place.
